This page contains
information regarding the rules and guidelines that all Ohio
International Order of the Rainbow for Girls web sites must adhere to in
order to be recognized and sanctioned by the Ohio Grand Assembly IORG
and in turn by Supreme IORG. The Ohio Grand Assembly Web
site committee has established these rules to comply with Supreme's web
site guidelines and also to protect Ohio Rainbow. Ohio IORG web
sites will not be linked to either of the before mentioned sites until
they are in compliance with Ohio's rules as stated in the link below.
I have also included links to Supreme Assembly's guidelines and
recommendations for web sites which you should also make yourself
familiar with.
All Assemblies and District web sites in Ohio must fill out the
appropriate form and submit it as directed to the Ohio Grand Assembly
webmaster. This form must be resubmitted every March 1
to keep information current. Web sites will be
monitored periodically to check for compliance. If you have

How
to start an Ohio IORG Web Site
Ohio Web Site Forms
There are two forms available. One is
for Assemblies. The other is for a District site. These forms are in
the Acrobat Reader format. If you do not already have Acrobat Reader it is
a free download. Use your browser to do a search for Acrobat Reader.
A new form is required every year to ensure that I have updated
information. This is due in March. Any Ohio website that
does not have a current form by Grand Assembly will result in their link being
removed from the Grand Assembly website
